Gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes

Ingredients  :

50g rice flour

50g potato starch

2 eggs

210g rice or almond milk

Preparation

° In a bowl pour the rice flour with the starch.

° Add the eggs and stir.

° Gradually add the rice milk, mixing well.

° Leave to rest for at least 1/4 hour.
