Gluten-free ladyfingers recipe

Ingredients for 15 parts:

2 eggs

50 g sugar

50g cornstarch

icing sugar

Preparation :

° Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites, adding the sugar little by little.

° Firmly "tighten" the egg whites, raising the whisk, the meringue should form what is called a bird's beak and be very firm.

° Add the egg yolks and beat quickly until well incorporated. Do not beat too long.

° Sift the cornstarch over the mixture, then incorporate it using a spatula. Mix delicately while raising the dough on the cornflour.

° Pipe the biscuits using a pastry bag on a baking tray.

° Sprinkle the biscuits with icing sugar. Wait 2 minutes, then dust with icing sugar again.

° Bake for 11 minutes at 190°C.
